Every Foldly morning starts at the intake wall. Bags are weighed, photographed, and tagged with a barcode that follows them from sorting to delivery — so nothing is ever just a pile of clothes.

Sorting decides everything: whites, colours, delicates, bedding, and stain-treatment each take their own lane. Wash formulas match the lane, dryers run by fabric — never by guesswork — and pressers finish shirts while steam tunnels relax everything else.

Before a bag seals, it passes the final table: count check, fold check, sniff check. Only then does it get packed, routed by borough, and loaded for its two-hour delivery window.
